Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burrell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Shan defends it nicely.
Burrell forces Shan back against the cage and clinches.
We've been informed that Shan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Shan turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Shan is chipping away with strikes.
Burrell is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Shan has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Shan lands a strong strike to the head of Burrell. That's dazed him! Shan looking to finish here. Burrell is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Shan lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
