Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Avery Bolton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mase Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Avery Bolton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mase Morrison! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morrison closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Morrison lands in his opponent's guard. Morrison showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Morrison pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bolton is keeping the position for now. Bolton looking to control.
Bolton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morrison trying to control but Bolton is working from the bottom. Morrison is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Morrison lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Morrison wants to control from the top but Bolton keeps moving. Bolton had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Morrison defends it easily. Bolton is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Morrison decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bolton, up you get! Bolton tries to sprawl but Morrison drives through with a takedown into half guard. Bolton is looking to control Morrison's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bolton avoid being mounted? Morrison controlling the pace. Morrison takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bolton works his way to full guard. Good work. Morrison is fighting to break Bolton's control of his arms but Bolton is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Morrison trying to control but Bolton is working from the bottom. Bolton has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Morrison trying to control the position from guard on top but Bolton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bolton trying to keep a closed guard but Morrison is proving a slippery customer.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Morrison instigates a clinch. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Bolton jumps guard but Morrison turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Morrison lands a takedown into guard.
Bolton manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Bolton with a lazy takedown attempt and Morrison counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bolton has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Morrison is on him like a limpet, forcing Bolton back against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Morrison manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mase Morrison will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Morrison scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Morrison is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Morrison is thwarting Bolton's attempts to control the position. Bolton regains full guard. Nicely done. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morrison trying to control the position from guard on top but Bolton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bolton working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Morrison has passed into half guard!
That's one minute gone in the round. Morrison controlling the pace. Bolton is controlling Morrison's trapped leg to prevent Morrison from advancing to side control. Bolton looking for submissions off his back. Morrison decides to return to a standing position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Morrison clinches. Morrison jumps guard and drags Bolton to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Morrison working a defensive guard but Bolton manages to pass into side control anyway.
Bolton has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Morrison shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bolton napping and manages to drive through into side control! Bolton throws Morrison to one side and escapes! Morrison is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut lands for Morrison. That snapped Bolton's head back.
Bolton shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Morrison makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! This has been an exciting period of action! Morrison gets a takedown into half guard. Bolton looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bolton is trying to maintain the position but Morrison is very close to passing his half guard. Morrison throwing shots but Bolton is blocking nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Morrison in particular looking to stall. Morrison is looking to advance position but Bolton won't allow it. Bolton has his hands clasped together around Morrison's back. He's all about the action. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mase Morrison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Bolton's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bolton drives through with a takedown into guard. Morrison has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Bolton is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Bolton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Morrison dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Morrison is trying to trip Bolton. He has hold of a leg but Bolton is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Morrison persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Bolton wants to control the position but Morrison says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bolton wants to control but Morrison is keeping busy and won't allow it. Morrison throws a strike but Bolton avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morrison seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Morrison's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Bolton looking to control.
Bolton is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Bolton is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Morrison throws a strike but Bolton rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Morrison is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Morrison takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Bolton postures up.
Bolton with a nice head shot there. Morrison is trying to hold Bolton in close to prevent damage but Bolton has managed to pass into half guard.
Mase Morrison has got the better of the ground game so far. Bolton missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bolton not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bolton controlling the action here. Morrison gets back to full guard.
Bolton gets to his feet. Morrison looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Morrison shoots in and bounces Bolton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bolton looking for a guillotine here but Morrison defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bolton managing to control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Mase Morrison. Well Morrison has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
