Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Anus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anus looks to clinch
and Dean counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Dean tries to free his leg and advance position but Anus is retaining full guard.
Anus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dean . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dean cracks Anus with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean has hold of Anus's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Anus manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Dean has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Dean moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Anus has worked his arm free - good work by Anus!

Dean jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Anus walks away with a smile on his face. Dean gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Dean is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Anus is defending well though. Dean let's go of the attempt for now.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Anus is in bad spot here.
Anus turns into Dean and is now in his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Billy Dean will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Mike Anus.
