Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jed Fredo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Carl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carl has chosen Got It Like That as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jed Fredo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Niko Carl! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Russell Pearce and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carl will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fredo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carl manages to avoid it. Fredo throws a jab but it's blocked by Carl. Carl's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Carl duly obliges.
It looks like Jed Fredo has been cut. Carl takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Carl tries to bum rush Fredo with a series of wild strikes but Fredo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Carl lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Fredo backs up against the cage.
Carl bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Carl is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fredo with a body shot. Carl slips under a jab from Fredo. Fredo closes the distance and pushes Carl back into the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fredo breaks the clinch.
Carl scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Fredo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Fredo with a hook. Carl looks winded! Carl ducks right into an uppercut from Fredo. Fredo just misses with a punch to the body.
Despite the aggression on Carl's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Fredo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carl, pushing him back against the cage. Carl taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fredo lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Fredo breaks the clinch.
Fredo throws a hook but Carl blocks it. Carl scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Carl throws a series of punches but Fredo avoids them all with ease. Whack! Fredo lands a heavy head kick that drops Carl. The ref tackles Fredo to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Carl was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Jed Fredo!
