Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Jellybean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koko Glavata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jellybean comes to the cage accompanied by Straight Outta The Gate. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jellybean misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jellybean throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Glavata keeps the fight on the outside.
Jellybean shoots in but no luck this time.
Glavata throws a nice looking combination but Jellybean bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Glavata closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jellybean to the mat! Jellybean manages to get full guard.
Glavata looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Jellybean is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Glavata's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Jellybean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Glavata on the ground.

Glavata is pushing down on Jellybean's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jellybean is fighting to maintain full guard but Glavata has managed to sneak the leg through.
Glavata works his foot free and advances to mount.

Glavata cracks Jellybean with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Glavata lands a nice shot to the head.

Glavata has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Glavata stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Glavata pushes down on Jellybean's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Jellybean has hold of Glavata's hands but Glavata slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Glavata moves nicely into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Glavata has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Jellybean is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Glavata yanks on the arm and Jellybean is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Glavata.
