Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tooza Bruza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Attila Skif! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Bruza. Skif does a little dance to reset his feet. Skif avoids the head kick by Bruza.
Skif has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bruza is landing a low percentage of strikes. Bruza tries to clinch there but Skif circles away.
Skif tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bruza is able to avoid easily. Bruza uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Skif.
Skif goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Bruza throwing a counter right hand but Skif manages to avoid it. Skif looks to land a body kick but Bruza moved away. Bruza is looking to clinch. Bruza misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Skif connects with an inside leg kick. Bruza takes a shot right to the bread basket. Bruza moves out of range of the body kick from Skif.
Bruza tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bruza showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Skif.
Skif throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bruza thinks about countering with a head kick. Bruza tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Skif paws at him with a jab and circles away. Skif throws out a loose jab but Bruza uses good head movement to avoid it. Skif with a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skif scores with a jab to the body. Donk. Bruza catches Skif right on the button with a cross. Bruza throws a lazy head kick and Skif counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bruza's knee momentarily. Bruza needs to keep his hands up - Skif had a free shot at his head there. Skif misses with a head kick.
Skif throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bruza on the side of the head. Bruza has Skif up against the cage in a clinch.
A battle for position here, against the cage. Bruza misses with a hook to the ribs.
Skif lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Skif lands a left hand.
Skif lands with a right to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Skif stalling the fight.

Bruza tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Skif's elbow. Bruza tries a body shot but Skif blocks it.
Skif scores with a nice hook to the head. Bruza throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
A short uppercut from Skif. A nice right hand lands inside from Skif. Bruza pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Skif. Bruza blocks an uppercut.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Skif as Bruza tries to tie him up. Bruza throws an elbow but it misses.
Skif scores with a shoulder strike. Bruza lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Skif tries to throw a body punch but Bruza avoids it by throwing Skif back against the cage. Skif lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bruza backwards. Bruza is looking to control Skif's arms but Skif gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bruza has his back to the cage. Skif breaks from the clinch.
Skif lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Skif works the jab nicely.
Bruza is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Skif avoids the head kick by Bruza.
Oh Bruza is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bruza steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Skif. Bruza seems to have got his legs back now. Bruza wants to clinch but Skif slips to the side and Skif makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Bruza throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Skif's head. Skif feints and then cracks Bruza's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bruza down. Skif tests Bruza's chin there with a solid looking shot. Skif misses with a low kick.
It looked like Bruza wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Bruza misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Skif thinks about the counter body kick. Bruza is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Bruza checks a low kick from Skif. Bruza throws a jab when Skif was well out of range. Skif cracks Bruza with a right hand to the side of the head. Bruza slips a jab from Skif. Skif is looking to slow Bruza down with leg kicks. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bruza tries a head kick but it misses.
Bruza gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bruza misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bruza blocks a body shot from Skif. Skif throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bruzas head. Bruza blocks an uppercut.
Skif misses with a body punch.
Skif stalls. Skif breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Skif lands a lovely overhand right. Skif throws a jab but it's blocked by Bruza. Skif throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bruza missing with a left hand there. Skif was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A head kick by Bruza misses and Skif counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Bruza looking to land some kicks to the body here.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Skif turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Tooza Bruza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bruza throws a sloppy head kick and Skif moves out of range easily. Skif circles away from the clinch attempt enabling Skif to counter with a crisp jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Attila Skif dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Skif is standing up over Bruza. Bruza looks to escape but Skif dives into side control.
Bruza tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Skif wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Skif trying to control the action but Bruza is working from the bottom.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Skif working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Bruza sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Skif stands up from half guard. Bruza tries to close the distance and clinch up but Skif swats him away and circles back towards the center. Skif throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bruza looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Bruza misses the shot to the body. Bruza has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Skif. A head kick misses from Bruza. Skif feints and then cracks Bruza's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bruza down. Bruza goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Bruza throws a body punch but Skif moves out of range. Skif lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bruza's sensitive parts. Bruza tries to clinch but Skif moves away and Skif connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Skif lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Bruza misses with a looping left. Skif steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Attila Skif seems to be getting the better of the standup. Skif lands a jab. Skif throws a sloppy head kick and Bruza moves out of range easily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Skif blocks a head kick by Bruza.

A nice inside leg kick there by Skif. That's going to slow Bruza down. Bruza is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Skif looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A kick lands to the mid section there for Skif. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bruza swings widly with a right hand
and Skif counters with a stiff right hand. Bruza wants to stay close but Skif steps back to make room for something. Bruza seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Skif and Bruza drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
