Dolinger's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Can't Be Touched. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bryan Jennings enters the cage!

7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sean Dolinger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bryan Jennings! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Winston Howard and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dolinger fails with the takedown. Jennings changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dolinger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Dolinger can't do much from the bottom here. Dolinger is looking to reverse the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dolinger trying to remain calm as Jennings controls from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dolinger gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dolinger is trying to control but can't.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jennings is taking a breather. Dolinger says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Dolinger is looking for a sweep. Jennings is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dolinger gets full guard. Dolinger could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Jennings sitting in guard, not really doing much. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dolinger is pulling down on Jennings's head to control his posture.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jennings closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dolinger's guard. Dolinger can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jennings controls the pace. Dolinger working a defensive guard here.
Jennings really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dolinger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
