Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leandro Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Badal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Badal has chosen Immortal as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima with a lazy takedown attempt
and Badal counters by clinching up.
Badal manages to pull guard.
Badal controlling the position.
Badal has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Lima is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Lima has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Badal is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Lima letting Badal take a breather here.
Lima wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leandro Lima. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lima drops down looking for an ankle pick but Badal pulls his leg out and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Badal has an Americana. Lima didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Badal is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Badal hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
