Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Steel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Hammer! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel shoots in but Hammer avoids the takedown attempt easily. Max Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Steel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hammer throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Steel scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Steel is thwarting Hammer's attempts to control the position. Steel not doing much here.
Steel's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Steel throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel is figuring out what he wants to do next. Hammer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Steel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hammer makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Hammer wants to clinch up but Steel keeps it at a distance. Steel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hammer as he avoids it easily. Steel misses with a head kick.
Steel tries to clinch but fails miserably and Hammer moves into the clinch. Hammer digs a right hand underneath Steel's ribcage. Steel let out a lung full of air as it connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hammer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hammer goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Steel misses with a takedown and Hammer counters with an outside leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Steel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Steel is breathing heavily. Hammer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Steel is looking for a sweep. Hammer stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hammer misses with a double jab.
Steel fails with a takedown attempt. Hammer closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Steel to the mat! Steel manages to get full guard. Hammer decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Steel, up you get! Hammer scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Steel tries to clinch and Hammer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hammer clinches up against the cage. Hammer leaning his opponent against the cage. Hammer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Steel with a poor takedown and Hammer counters with a nice leg kick. A head kick misses from Hammer. Hammer has closed the distance and engaged Steel in a clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Hammer dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
No luck for Steel with that takedown attempt. Steel with a poor takedown and Hammer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Hammer stands up from guard. Let's bang! Steel misses with a takedown and Hammer counters with a single leg into guard. Steel didn't expect that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Steel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hammer wants to stand but Steel is controlling his posture from full guard. Hammer sitting in guard, not really doing much. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel is trying to keep Hammer in close.
Steel can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hammer controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hammer gets to his feet - Steel follows without any prompting. Max Steel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hammer sizes up Steel with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Steel looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Steel postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Hammer to stand up. Hammer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Steel. Hammer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Steel with a lazy takedown attempt and Hammer counters with a flying knee. Nice.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hammer fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Steel has closed the distance and engaged Hammer in a clinch.
Hammer tries to land knees in the clinch but Steel avoids the damage to the body. Hammer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Steel fails with the takedown and Hammer moves into the clinch. Hammer presses Steel against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Hammer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A chopping leg kick lands by Hammer. Hammer doesn't manage to clinch there - Steel circles away.

Hammer throws a nice outside leg kick. Steel tries to clinch up and Hammer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Hammer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Steel moves in looking to clinch but Hammer pushes him off. Hammer scores with a leg kick.
A combination from Hammer does no damage. Hammer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Steel with a poor takedown and Hammer counters with a nice body shot. Hammer scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Steel can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Steel is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel is looking to reverse the position. Hammer decides to stand back up. Hammer steps back and let's Steel get back to his feet. Hammer lands a lovely overhand right. Steel tries for a takedown but Hammer circles away easily and Hammer counters with a one-two to the body. Hammer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Steel throws a sloppy head kick and Hammer counters by moving into the clinch. Steel is trying to drag Hammer to the mat but Hammer just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Steel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammer ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hammer no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Hammer has control of Steel's left arm, preventing Steel from doing any damage. Steel is looking to stand up but Hammer won't let him. Steel wants to control from the top but Hammer keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hammer pulls Steel in close to prevent any damage. Steel wants to pass the guard but Hammer is keeping the position. Hammer has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Steel off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Steel fails with a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Hammer moves into the clinch. Steel tries to pull guard but Hammer won't allow it.
Steel wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Steel has Hammer pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hammer manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Steel fails to pull guard.
Hammer manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Hammer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hammer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
