The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hodges stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hodges wants it to stay on the feet.
Negredo throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Negredo closes the distance and clinches.

Negredo tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hodges avoids it.
