Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnathon Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Esteves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnathon Duran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Esteves! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Esteves has managed to clinch.
Esteves pulls Duran into guard.

Esteves is looking to sweep but instead, Duran has passed into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Duran lands a nice short elbow. Esteves holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Duran is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Esteves sees it coming and defends easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Esteves is looking for a sweep. Duran is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Duran is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Esteves wants to improve his position but Duran is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Duran is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Esteves doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Duran. Esteves wants to stand back up but Duran manages to pass into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Duran tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Esteves is trying to control Duran's posture but Duran avoids it. Esteves tries to strike but it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Esteves can't do much from the bottom here. Esteves is looking to regain half guard here but Duran keeps moving and retains side control. Duran tries for a kimura but Esteves is defending well. Esteves is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Duran is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Esteves knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. You can see the frustration on Esteves's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duran wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Esteves, who protects the arm well. Esteves takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Duran working the body and head with strikes. Duran tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Duran has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnathon Duran dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Esteves misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bruno Esteves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Duran avoids the head kick by Esteves.
Duran really is a fat lump. Duran gets caught napping as Esteves dives in and scores a takedown. Duran manages to retain guard. Esteves looking to sit in guard and control but Duran gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Duran scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Esteves is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Duran throwing strikes from guard but Esteves blocks nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duran is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Duran is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Esteves can do to turn this around?

Duran swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Esteves changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Duran looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Duran might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Duran holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Esteves tries to stand but Duran controls the position and pulls Esteves into his guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Duran holds on and takes a little breather. Esteves throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Esteves trying to control but Duran is working from the bottom. Duran looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Esteves postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Duran is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Esteves, into his guard. Esteves looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran got a little sloppy there for a moment and Esteves has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Duran has managed to get both his arms back between Esteves's legs - danger averted. Duran working some strikes from top position. Duran postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Esteves is trying to control the position but Duran postures up. Duran is in close to Esteves's body, working some short punches and elbows. Esteves looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Duran distracts Esteves with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duran scoring with some ground and pound. Duran postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Duran's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Duran lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Duran lands a couple of digs. Duran scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Esteves is looking to stand back up but Duran counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Esteves. Esteves wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnathon Duran dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Esteves clinches. Esteves escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Esteves gets in close and instigates a clinch. Duran ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Duran no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Duran keeping moving, preventing Esteves from controlling successfully. Duran has his feet on Esteves's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duran fails to land the takedown. Esteves throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Duran was covering up waiting for the punch and Esteves finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Esteves wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Duran manages to pass to side control. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Duran connects with a nice short shot to Esteves's temple. Esteves is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Duran pulls his head out easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran winds up and cracks Esteves with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Duran is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Esteves defends it well. Esteves looking for submissions off his back. Esteves wants to get back to full guard but Duran has mounted him!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duran trying to control but Esteves is having none of it. Duran working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Esteves is in all sorts of trouble here.

Bruno Esteves has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Johnathon Duran is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Esteves tries to control the position but Duran now has his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnathon Duran showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Duran, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
