The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanninen gets in close and instigates a clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Marquez closes the distance and clinches up with Hanninen, looking for a takedown. Marquez pushes Hanninen against the cage but Hanninen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Kipe Hanninen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Marquez.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Marquez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hanninen - the referee stops the clock and Marquez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hanninen. Marquez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Diego Marquez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
