Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Badal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Badal comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Badal is trying to defend but Martin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Badal looking for submissions off his back.
Badal looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Badal actively working from the bottom here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Badal is trying to control but can't.

Martin wants to take a breather but Badal is having none of it.

Badal is looking to control Martin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Badal avoid being mounted?

Martin stalling away here and it's allowed Badal to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Badal working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Martin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Martin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Martin won't allow Badal to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Martin has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Badal to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Martin is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Badal pulls down on the head and he's put Martin to sleep! This one is all over!
