Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Satoren Yamashita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yamashita comes to the cage accompanied by Cant Be Stopped. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Satoren Yamashita! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Peterson! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peterson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yamashita looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Yamashita tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Peterson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Yamashita tries to strike but it doesn't land. Yamashita is looking for a sweep. Peterson wants to stand but Yamashita is controlling his arm. Peterson throws a strike aimed at the side of Yamashita's head but Yamashita avoids it well. Peterson moves into full mount! Peterson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Yamashita is in all sorts of trouble here.
Yamashita is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Peterson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Peterson working Yamashita over with strikes here. Peterson prevents Yamashita from getting the reversal. Peterson lands a nice shot to the head. Peterson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Yamashita keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peterson content just to control the position here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yamashita sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Peterson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Yamashita tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Peterson!
