Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between sam voner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think voner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to i just wanna -kiss. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
voner misses with a two punch combination.
Banner scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
voner can't do much from the bottom here.
voner manages to get back to half guard.

voner is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Banner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks voner with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Banner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
