Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chris Franklin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Bolshakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bolshakov's choice of entrance music: Oy, to ne vecher. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin blocks a head kick by Bolshakov.
Bolshakov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bolshakov throws a head kick that misses.
Franklin throws a counter high kick but Bolshakov was just alert enough to avoid it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Franklin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bolshakov walks away with a smile on his face. Franklin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Horrible takedown attempt by Franklin or perhaps it was just good defense by Bolshakov, which made it look bad.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Franklin has Bolshakov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bolshakov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Bolshakov does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
