Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Emil Jagerkokov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Hallman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Piotr Hallman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Piotr Hallman!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hallman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hallman showed some decent athleticism there.

Hallman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jagerkokov does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hallman keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Hallman tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

It looked like Jagerkokov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hallman is defended easily by Jagerkokov.
Hallman goes for a double leg but Jagerkokov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jagerkokov continues to drive forward.

Jagerkokov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jagerkokov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hallman looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hallman looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hallman!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hallman is just content to waste time from the top position. Jagerkokov takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
