Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lebron James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Nate Richardson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nate Richardson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lebron James! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richardson misses with a body kick. Richardson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as James throws out the jab. Richardson swinging wilding here.
James fails in his attempt to clinch. James tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. James looks gassed! Richardson fails to land with a series of punches.
Richardson works James's body with a nice hook. Both fighters circling a little - Richardson finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oooh a lovely combination from Richardson sends James down but not out. Richardson dives into side control looking to finish. James is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Richardson asserts his dominance and retains side control. James manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. James wants to control but Richardson is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Richardson moves nicely into side control. Richardson tries to move to mount but James blocks the move with his legs. James is not content to let Richardson control the position. Richardson swings around for an armbar but James sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Richardson's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. James would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Richardson is trying to control the position but James postures up. Richardson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for James! Richardson trying to control but James is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. James really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Richardson swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and James is now in Richardson's guard. A big mistake from Richardson there, giving up the dominant position! Richardson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Richardson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Richardson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but James can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hammerfist, elbow! yells James's corner. There ya go! There ya go! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nate Richardson dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Richardson swats away the attempt to clinch by James. James tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. James moves in looking to clinch but Richardson pushes him off. James closes the distance and clinches. Richardson manages to break the clinch.

Richardson cracks James with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Richardson avoids the head kick by James.
Richardson throws a sloppy head kick and James moves out of range easily. Nate Richardson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Richardson swats away the attempt to clinch by James. Richardson throws a head kick but James moves out of range.
James wants to clinch up but Richardson keeps it at a distance. James avoids the head kick by Richardson.

James tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Richardson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Richardson moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. James is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Richardson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nate Richardson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Richardson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A left lands for Richardson. James walks forward, straight into a front kick from Richardson. Richardson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

James tries to clinch up. James has managed to clinch.
James manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
James lands an elbow inside that Richardson shrugs off. James tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Richardson just stands there and leans against the cage. James crunches a lovely knee into Richardson's ribcage. Richardson wants to get back to striking at distance but James won't allow it.
James breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. James shoots in but no luck this time. Nate Richardson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lebron James.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Richardson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of James's head. A shot to the body from James misses and Richardson counters with a thumping low kick. Nate Richardson is winning the standup battle so far. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Richardson throws a right and a left that James avoids nicely. Richardson connects with a body shot. James slips a jab and a cross from Richardson.
James takes one to the chin there. Richardson seems to be stalking James here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! James drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Nate Richardson!
