The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michael clinches with his opponent.
Andrews lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Andrews prevents the takedown attempt.
Andrews being controlled against the cage.
Michael tries for a takedown. No joy.
Andrews tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Michael just stands there and leans against the cage.
Michael keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Andrews's efforts to push away.
Michael manages to pull guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Andrews is looking to stand up but Michael won't let him.
Andrews really is a fat lump.
Michael wants to sweep but no luck.
Michael is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Andrews landing some decent shots from guard.
Michael is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Andrews is controlling him.
Andrews is fighting to break Michael's control of his arms but Michael is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Andrews trying to stand up but can't free himself from Michael's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Michael is on top in guard.
Michael trying to control the position from guard on top but Andrews is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Andrews avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Andrews wants to sweep but no luck.
Michael controls from within his opponent's guard.
Andrews has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Michael is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Andrews.
Michael tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Michael postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Andrews defending against the ground and pound.
Michael wants to stand but Andrews is controlling his arm.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Michael's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Andrews will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Michael closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Andrews is looking to get back to his feet here but Michael is keeping cool and he's managed to take Andrews's back.
Michael has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Andrews.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Michael controls the position.
Michael has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Andrews is defending well but eventually Michael manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Andrews has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
