Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daisuke Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Celso Bracamonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daisuke Kai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Celso Bracamonte!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bracamonte keeps the fight on the outside.
Bracamonte pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kai throws a sloppy head kick and Bracamonte moves out of range easily.
Bracamonte misses with a body shot.
Bracamonte throws the kick towards the body but Kai avoids it.
Kai appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Kai uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bracamonte.
Bracamonte avoids the head kick by Kai.
Kai tries to bum rush Bracamonte with a series of wild strikes but Bracamonte uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kai is looking to clinch.
Kai tries a head kick but it misses.
Bracamonte feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Kai is working an open guard so Bracamonte takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Kai keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bracamonte comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bracamonte tries for a takedown but Kai sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bracamonte showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kai.
Bracamonte throws a low kick but Kai avoids it.
Bracamonte is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kai.
Bracamonte stuffs the takedown attempt from Kai. Kai gets slowly back to his feet.
Bracamonte is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Bracamonte on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kai. Kai obviously looking to wear him down.
Kai throws a head kick that Bracamonte semi-blocks.
Kai lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bracamonte shoots for a double leg takedown but Kai sprawls well. He's pushed Bracamonte's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Daisuke Kai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Celso Bracamonte.
Bracamonte shoots in and drives through. Kai sprawls well.
Kai misses with a head kick.
A punch combination from Kai misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bracamonte fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bracamonte throws a sloppy head kick and Kai moves out of range easily.
Bracamonte looks winded!
Bracamonte moves into the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bracamonte ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bracamonte no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kai lands a couple of elbows.
Bracamonte looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Kai drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bracamonte looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bracamonte looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bracamonte!
A lull in the action here.

Kai is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Bracamonte controlling the position from side mount.
Bracamonte creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Kai sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bracamonte stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Kai tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bracamonte manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bracamonte avoids the head kick by Kai.
Kai moves out of range of the body kick from Bracamonte.
Bracamonte avoids a punch combination nicely.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Kai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kai misses with a combination
and Bracamonte counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kai tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bracamonte swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bracamonte has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kai.
Bracamonte darts in and clinches Kai up against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Celso Bracamonte will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action!
Bracamonte scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Bracamonte is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
