Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jah Greger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes to the cage accompanied by Wildside . Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jah Greger enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greger drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Greger trying to control but Martin is working from the bottom.
Martin is looking for a triangle but Greger pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Martin is trying to control the position but Greger postures up.
Greger avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Greger makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Martin has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Greger is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Martin.
Greger is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Martin has escaped the position, nice work there.
Greger gets to mount! Martin was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Greger lands a heavy elbow.
Greger looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Greger jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Martin is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Martin and Greger has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Martin is letting Greger control him for a moment.
Martin throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Greger laying and praying for a moment but Martin takes advantage and regains half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Greger works his way into side control.
Martin is breathing heavily.
Greger blocks the strikes from Martin.
Greger takes a little break here. Martin wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Greger tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Martin is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Greger is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Martin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Martin misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Greger slips a nice elbow through Martin's hands, connecting with Martin's forehead.
Martin is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Greger scores with a couple of nice shots.

Greger lands a big shot there that rocks Martin but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Greger working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Martin looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Greger! Submission of the night perhaps?
