Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Temoodschin Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Eye!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Khan.
Eye with the counter takedown but Khan avoids it easily.
Eye throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Khan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Eye is in Khan's guard.
Khan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Eye drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Eye jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Eye loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Khan wants to get back to his feet but Eye is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eye stops Khan from standing up.
Khan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Khan is looking to stand up but Eye isn't so interested in that idea.
Eye wants to control from the top but Khan keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eye in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Eye throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Eye prevents Khan from getting back to his feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Khan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Eye drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Khan follows Eye to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Temoodschin Khan!
