Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Orr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin ODonnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colin ODonnell has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Justin Orr's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justin Orr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colin ODonnell! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! ODonnell looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Orr! Orr is not content to let ODonnell control the position. ODonnell tries to get to his feet but Orr is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with ODonnell in his guard. ODonnell seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. ODonnell wants to stand but Orr has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. ODonnell trying to control but Orr is working from the bottom. ODonnell throws a big right hand that misses. ODonnell is looking to stand up but Orr won't let him. Orr avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. ODonnell throws a big right hand that misses. Orr keeping moving, preventing ODonnell from controlling successfully.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Orr shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with ODonnell but ODonnell pushes him off and we're back to square one. ODonnell throws a fast counter high kick but Orr manages to duck under it in time. ODonnell fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Orr sprawls well initially but ODonnell persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Orr tries to kick ODonnell off in order to stand up. ODonnell Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ODonnell has knee on belly momentarily but Orr bucks him off and regains half guard. ODonnell looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. ODonnell content to control rather than advance. Orr might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. ODonnell is looking to pass Orr's guard but actually Orr recovers to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ODonnell wants to control from the top but Orr keeps moving. Orr seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Orr is working an open guard so ODonnell takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. ODonnell lands with a nice combination. Orr backs away looking to recover. ODonnell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. ODonnell pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. ODonnell feints and as Orr raises his hands in defense, ODonnell changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Orr scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. ODonnell throws a front kick that sends Orr stumbling back into the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. ODonnell bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. ODonnell working the strikes but Orr uses the opportunity to regain half guard. ODonnell wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. ODonnell is pressing down on Orr's thigh, looking to free his foot. Orr is holding on for now. ODonnell is controlling the pace.

Orr keeping moving, preventing ODonnell from controlling successfully. ODonnell drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Orr dives on top into guard. ODonnell wants to sweep here but Orr controlling him for the moment. ODonnell trying to keep a closed guard but Orr is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Orr postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! ODonnell is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Orr, into his guard. ODonnell is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. ODonnell trying to control but Orr is working from the bottom. Orr controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ODonnell slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Orr is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. ODonnell wants to stand and escape but instead Orr has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Orr working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. ODonnell pushes Orr off and scrambles back to his feet.
ODonnell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. ODonnell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. ODonnell is breathing heavily. Orr regains half guard there - taking advantage of ODonnell's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Orr is not content to let ODonnell control the position. Orr moves into full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Orr has ODonnell pulled in close to control his posture. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

ODonnell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Orr looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Sloppy strikes there by ODonnell. ODonnell working away. ODonnell has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Orr tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but ODonnell wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. ODonnell works to advance to full mount. Orr defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Orr is squirming around, avoiding ODonnell's attempts to control the action. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Orr is trying desperately to improve position.

Orr sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. ODonnell not doing much here.
ODonnell is working for a kimura but Orr is defending it quite comfortably.
ODonnell stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Orr to get to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. ODonnell scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. ODonnell tries to stand but Orr is controlling his head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Orr manages to work his way to half guard, despite ODonnell's best efforts. ODonnell takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. ODonnell misses with a head shot. Orr uses the momentum to regain guard. ODonnell throws a big right hand that misses.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. ODonnell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Orr circles away quickly and effectively. Orr seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. ODonnell throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Orr decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in ODonnell's guard. ODonnell pushes Orr off and gets back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Orr gets caught flat footed, as ODonnell shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Colin ODonnell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well ODonnell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
