Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendez shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
McAfee trying to control here.
McAfee tries to roll over but Mendez keeps him under control.
McAfee makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
McAfee throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mendez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. McAfee is in Mendez's guard.
Mendez has his foot on McAfee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. McAfee works his way back into a safe position though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mendez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! McAfee has picked Mendez up and slammed him! Mendez can't keep hold of the triangle and McAfee manages to pass to side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
