The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrara shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bastad is trying to defend but Ferrara finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Ferrara tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Bastad gets full guard.
Ferrara is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Bastad has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ferrara is looking to defend but Bastad has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ferrara! Bastad pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ferrara taps out and this one is all over!
