Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Cranston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Terrance Greene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyle Cranston!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Cranston misses.
Cranston swats away the attempt to clinch by Greene.

Cranston drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Greene really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cranston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greene. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cranston is fighting to break Greene's control of his arms but Greene is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Cranston misses with a jab, cross combination.
Greene avoids the head kick by Cranston.
An attempted straight right counter from Greene misses the target.

Cranston fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Greene, pushing him back against the cage.
Greene tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cranston just stands there and leans against the cage.
Greene tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cranston smiles and moves away.
Cranston misses with a leg kick.
Greene blocks a head kick by Cranston.
Greene was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Cranston looks winded!

Cranston looking to score a takedown here. Greene is defending well but Cranston drives through and ends up in Greene's guard.
Greene throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Greene doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Cranston wants to get up but he can't break Greene's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cranston postures up in Greene's guard and throws a big left but Greene blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Greene is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Cranston working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Cranston in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Greene is adopting a defensive guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Cranston feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Greene's calf.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Greene tries to clinch there but Cranston circles away.
Cranston tries a head kick but it misses.
Greene avoids the head kick by Cranston.

Cranston closes the distance and clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kyle Cranston dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Cranston connects with a solid leg kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Cranston.

Cranston shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Greene manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Greene has his feet on Cranston's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Cranston throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Greene tries to clinch but Cranston is having none of it.
Cranston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Greene is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

Cranston moves into range and clinches up with Greene.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cranston is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Greene is defending well for now.
Greene tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cranston just stands there and leans against the cage.
Greene jumps guard but Cranston stands there with Greene around his waist. Greene gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Cranston is trying to trip Greene. He has hold of a leg but Greene is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Cranston persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Cranston got a little sloppy there for a moment and Greene has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cranston has managed to get both his arms back between Greene's legs - danger averted.

Cranston drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cranston jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Cranston throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Greene moves in looking to clinch but Cranston pushes him off.

Greene is trying to pull guard but Cranston turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cranston landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Cranston has picked Greene up - he's going for a ride! Cranston dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Greene has his hands clasped together around Cranston's back. He's all about the action.
Cranston thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Kyle Cranston showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Greene has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Greene's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Greene closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Greene lands a few punches from side control.
Cranston parries the strikes from Greene easily there. Greene is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cranston to escape.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Greene has an Americana. Cranston didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Greene is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Greene hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
