Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernardo Weeks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sofus William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sofus William is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bernardo Weeks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sofus William! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! William is trying hard to land a takedown here. Weeks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. William checks the leg kick nicely there.
William pushes Weeks up against the cage in a clinch. William has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Weeks is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Weeks breaks the clinch.
Weeks has managed to clinch.
Weeks breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Weeks moves into range and clinches up with William. Weeks drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Weeks works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. William pushes Weeks off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! William throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Weeks moves into the clinch. Weeks tries for a takedown. No joy.
William drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bernardo Weeks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sofus William.
That's one minute gone in the round. William is trying to pull guard but Weeks has him pressed against the cage. Weeks lands a hook that snaps the head of William backwards. Weeks goes for a takedown attempt but William pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
William gets a clinch. William wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Weeks really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. William is pressed up against the cage. Weeks has hold of a leg and is looking to drag William down to the mat. William avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. William scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Bernardo Weeks has been cut. William shoots in but Weeks avoids the takedown attempt easily. William bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. William working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. William is looking to take a break and control but Weeks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! William looking to control but instead Weeks has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. William trying to mount his opponent but Weeks defends it. William stalling away here and it's allowed Weeks to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. William trying to control but Weeks is working from the bottom. William wants to stand but Weeks is controlling his posture from full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. William content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Weeks has locked up a guillotine! Weeks's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? William is holding on here and Weeks must be using up a lot of energy. William has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Weeks gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Bernardo Weeks!
