John Hershey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hershey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Magomedov is fending him off so far but Hershey persists. Nope, Magomedov circles away and we're back to standing.
Magomedov lands with a cross.
Hershey tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Magomedov defends well and Hershey ends up having to push Magomedov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hershey shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Magomedov counters with a straight right hand.

Magnus Magomedov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Hershey.
Magomedov drops Hershey with a huge uppercut! Hershey drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Magomedov is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
