The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steinhof throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wakabayashi counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Wakabayashi.
Wakabayashi postures up in Steinhof's guard and throws a big left but Steinhof blocks it.

Wakabayashi postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Steinhof is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wakabayashi, into his guard.
Wakabayashi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Steinhof doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Wakabayashi is tightening it up a little... Steinhof has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Steinhof reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Steinhof taps out! Nice BJJ there by Wakabayashi!

A very excited looking Yuta Wakabayashi rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
