Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stuart Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lew Polley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stuart Mcfadden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lew Polley! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcfadden tries to close the distance and clinch but Polley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. And Polley tries to counter it with a takedown but Mcfadden pushes his down on his head and steps out. A kick lands to the mid section there for Mcfadden. Mcfadden throws a jab when Polley was well out of range. Mcfadden pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Polley throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Polley uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Polley tries to clinch but Mcfadden is having none of it. Mcfadden throws a sloppy head kick and Polley moves out of range easily. Polley lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Polley doesn't manage to clinch there - Mcfadden circles away.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mcfadden throws a head kick that misses. Polley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mcfadden swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stuart Mcfadden is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A head kick by Mcfadden misses and Polley counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Polley moves into the clinch.
Mcfadden gets control of Polley's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mcfadden will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Polley passes Mcfadden's left leg - he's now in half guard. Polley missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Polley content to control rather than advance. Let's hope that Polley has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Polley winds up and cracks Mcfadden with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Polley sitting and controlling from the half guard. Polley's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Polley passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mcfadden! Polley controlling his opponent. Mcfadden regains half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Polley tries to pass to full mount but Mcfadden defends it.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Polley passes to side control.
Polley is trying to get an arm triangle but Mcfadden is defending well. Polley taking a breather here. Mcfadden is trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lew Polley dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Polley shoots for a double leg takedown but Mcfadden sprawls well. He's pushed Polley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mcfadden doesn't manage to clinch there - Polley circles away.
Stuart Mcfadden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Polley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mcfadden paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Polley takes the fight into the clinch. Polley has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Polley jumps guard but Mcfadden stands there with Polley around his waist. Polley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Polley is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mcfadden gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Stuart Mcfadden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lew Polley. Mcfadden working hard to break the clinch.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mcfadden tries to pull guard but Polley forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Mcfadden fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Polley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Polley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Polley pushes Mcfadden away with a front kick. Mcfadden pulls out of a head kick attempt.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Mcfadden. No joy for Polley on that attempt. Polley blocks a head kick by Mcfadden.
Polley unleashes a big counter combination but Mcfadden bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Mcfadden tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Polley is able to avoid easily. Mcfadden swats away the attempt to clinch by Polley. Mcfadden changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mcfadden swats away the attempt to clinch by Polley. Mcfadden is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Polley.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcfadden tries to clinch but Polley is having none of it. Polley blocks the body kick.
Despite the aggression on Polley's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Mcfadden throws a head kick but Polley moves out of range.

Mcfadden throws a head kick that misses and Polley counters with a left to the body. Mcfadden really is a fat lump. Polley avoids a punch combination nicely.

Polley drives through and clinches with Mcfadden against the cage.
Polley has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mcfadden uses from the top position. Mcfadden throwing strikes from guard but Polley blocks nicely.
Polley is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Mcfadden presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Mcfadden takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Stuart Mcfadden has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Polley has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mcfadden is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Polley jumps guard but Mcfadden stands there with Polley around his waist. Polley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lew Polley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Stuart Mcfadden's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Polley tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mcfadden defends well and Polley ends up having to push Mcfadden into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. The fight stays on the outside here - Polley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Polley creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mcfadden's defenses. Polley fails to pull guard.
Stuart Mcfadden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lew Polley.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Polley can't get the takedown.
Polley pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Mcfadden goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Polley tries to close the distance and clinch but Mcfadden swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Mcfadden tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Polley manages to circle out of the way. Mcfadden leaves Polley with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Polley is stalling here.
Mcfadden tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Polley just stands there and leans against the cage. Polley fails to pull guard.
Polley is working for takedown but Mcfadden is calmly controlling the position for now. Polley wants a takedown.
Polley jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mcfadden walks away with a smile on his face. Polley gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Polley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mcfadden throws a right and a left that Polley avoids nicely. Mcfadden scores with a nice body kick.
Polley has Mcfadden up against the cage in a clinch.
Mcfadden tries to pull guard but Polley holds him up against the cage and eventually Mcfadden drops back down to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Polley tries to pull guard but Mcfadden holds him up against the cage and eventually Polley drops back down to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stuart Mcfadden. I think Polley has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
