Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ash Fuller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Doyles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ash Fuller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Doyles!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Fuller looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Doyles lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Doyles showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Fuller.
Doyles looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fuller is fending him off so far but Doyles persists. Nope, Fuller circles away and we're back to standing.
Doyles shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fuller as he avoids it easily.
Fuller tries to clinch there but Doyles circles away.
Doyles fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Fuller went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Ash Fuller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Doyles.
Fuller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doyles.
Doyles shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fuller as he jumps to the side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fuller stuffs the takedown attempt from Doyles. Doyles gets slowly back to his feet.
Fuller tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Doyles defends well and Fuller ends up having to push Doyles into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Doyles throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fuller jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Doyles feints and as Fuller raises his hands in defense, Doyles changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fuller wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Doyles manages to pass to side control.

Doyles wants to control but Fuller is keeping him busy.

Doyles is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fuller has managed to free his arm - good work.

Fuller kicks off Doyles and gets to his feet.
Fuller lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Fuller moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice combination there by Fuller.
Fuller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doyles.

Doyles decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Fuller kicks Doyles off and gets back to his feet.

Nice cross by Fuller.
Fuller pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Doyles back to the cage. Fuller follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fuller is breathing heavily.
Fuller throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Doyles shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fuller but Fuller pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fuller is looking for a counter combo.

Fuller lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Doyles circles away quickly and effectively.

Doyles swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fuller scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Fuller closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Doyles quickly recovers to half guard.
Doyles is controlling Fuller's trapped leg to prevent Fuller from advancing to side control.

Doyles has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fuller is working away from the top position though.
Doyles is holding on to half guard well.

Doyles regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Fuller.
Doyles thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ash Fuller dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Fuller gets caught napping as Doyles dives in and scores a takedown. Fuller manages to retain guard.

Fuller pushes Doyles off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Doyles takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Fuller throws a right and a left that both miss.

Doyles shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Fuller has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Doyles is on him like a limpet, forcing Fuller back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Doyles tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fuller smiles and moves away.
Doyles tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fuller defends well and Doyles ends up having to push Fuller into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Fuller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Doyles can do to turn this around?
Fuller looks to land a combination but Doyles avoids it well.
Fuller is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Doyles shoots in but no luck this time.
Ash Fuller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Doyles.
Doyles slaps away a takedown attempt from Fuller, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Doyles counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fuller won't be happy with that.

Fuller sneaks out the side door and pushes Doyles away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Fuller tries to close the distance and clinch up but Doyles swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Doyles throws a sloppy head kick and Fuller moves out of range easily.

Doyles keeps control of Fuller as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Fuller's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Doyles shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fuller as he jumps to the side.
Fuller went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Fuller throws a leg kick but Doyles sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Doyles misses with a jab, cross combination.
Doyles fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Doyles.
Doyles blocks a head kick by Fuller.
Doyles tries to counter by closing the distance.
Doyles shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Doyles throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Doyles dives in for a single leg takedown but Fuller sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Doyles takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fuller will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sloppy strikes from Doyles. Those never looked like landing.
Fuller lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fuller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Doyles moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Doyles stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Fuller.
Doyles looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fuller is fending him off so far but Doyles persists. Nope, Fuller circles away and we're back to standing.

Doyles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fuller circles away quickly and effectively.

Fuller throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Doyles throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fuller was covering up waiting for the punch and Doyles finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Fuller has his feet on Doyles's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ash Fuller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Doyles gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Doyles is looking to break free of the clinch but Fuller has double underhooks.
Fuller has had enough of the clinch but Doyles keeps him there for the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Doyles on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Fuller shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Doyles napping and manages to drive through into side control!
You can see the frustration on Doyles's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Doyles is looking to regain half guard here but Fuller keeps moving and retains side control.
Doyles takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Ash Fuller overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fuller cracks Doyles with a big right hand but Doyles just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Doyles is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fuller is controlling him well.
Doyles is looking for a sweep.

Fuller decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Fuller is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Fuller fails with an attempt to clinch.

Fuller moves into the clinch.

Fuller breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Doyles slips a jab and a cross from Fuller.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Fuller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doyles.
Sloppy strikes from Fuller. Those never looked like landing.

Doyles shoots in and gets a takedown into Fuller's guard.

Doyles's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fuller is striking off his back. Doyles thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Fuller is looking for a sweep. Doyles is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fuller flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Doyles slows the pace down in half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Doyles is trying to control. Fuller wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Horrible takedown attempt by Doyles or perhaps it was just good defense by Fuller, which made it look bad.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Fuller scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Doyles counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Doyles slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Doyles stops Fuller from standing up.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ash Fuller showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Fuller has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
