Kermode darts in and clinches State up against the cage.
State's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Oooooh!!! State has knocked Kermode down with a huge combo! State steps away and waves a wobbly Kermode back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
State drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kermode right on the button. Kermode goes down! State follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! State gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Police State!
In his post fight interview, Police State started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
