Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Fields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Graham Masterton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fields connects with a high kick.
It looks like Graham Masterton has been cut. Masterton looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Fields closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Masterton jumps guard but Fields stands there with Masterton around his waist. Masterton gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Fields tightens his grip and picks Masterton up, before dumping him to the ground. Masterton manages to land in guard. Fields is looking to stand up but Masterton won't let him. My spies in Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) inform me that Masterton has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Masterton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fields. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
