The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gatmaitan quickly recovers to half guard.
Gatmaitan pushes Gustafson off but Gustafson dives into side control.
Gatmaitan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Gustafson asserts his dominance and retains side control.
