Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Dominguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Wilde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oscar Wilde will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dexter Dominguez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oscar Wilde! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilde leaves Dominguez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Wilde tries to close the distance and clinch but Dominguez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wilde clinches up with Dominguez and pushes him back against the cage. Wilde lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Dexter Dominguez has been cut. Wilde has had enough of the clinch but Dominguez keeps him there for the moment. Dominguez is working for takedown but Wilde is calmly controlling the position for now. Wilde throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dominguez blocks it with crossed arms. Wilde using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dominguez has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dominguez on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Wilde lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Wilde is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Wilde lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dominguez backwards.

Wilde has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Dominguez seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Wilde can turn it around. Wilde's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wilde moves into the clinch. Dominguez content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Dominguez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Dominguez is breathing heavily. Wilde gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Wilde lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Oh Dominguez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Wilde lands an elbow that stopped Dominguez in his tracks for a moment. Dominguez letting Wilde take a breather here. The referee calls for Wilde to work.
Wilde has Dominguez pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Dominguez is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Wilde - that's hurt Dominguez badly! Oh, another knee lands and Dominguez is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Dominguez doesn't seem to be complaining.
