PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andro Antolovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Jennings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andro Antolovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bryan Jennings!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Ben Watson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antolovic dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jennings. That did some damage!
Antolovic connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Antolovic is looking to slow Jennings down with leg kicks.
Jennings takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Antolovic avoids the head kick by Jennings.
Antolovic throws a series of punches but Jennings moves out of range.
Jennings has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Antolovic.

Antolovic rushes Jennings and presses him up against the cage.

Antolovic pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Antolovic throws a head kick that half lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Antolovic drops Jennings with a beautiful combination! Jennings stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Antolovic is looking for the KO!

Jennings is rocked!

It looks like Bryan Jennings has been cut.
Antolovic moves out of range of the strikes.
Jennings is still on wobbly legs! Can Antolovic finish him?
Jennings glances at the clock... BAM! Antolovic nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Jennings crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Jennings is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Andro Antolovic!
After winning the bout, Andro Antolovic thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
