Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Clarke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Reach!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Ben Watson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke fails with the takedown
and Reach counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Ben Clarke has been cut.
Reach getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Clarke's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Reach connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Clarke scrambles back to his feet.
Clarke looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Clarke has his takedown stuffed
and Reach counters with a stiff right hand.
Clarke shoots in looking for a takedown. Reach tries to sprawl out of it but Clarke keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reach manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Clarke. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clarke misses with a body punch
and Reach makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Clarke shoots and misses
and Reach counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Nice shot lands for Reach.

and Reach counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Clarke wants to clinch but Reach slips to the side
and Reach cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Clarke is breathing heavily.
Reach fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Clarke square on the jaw! Damn, Clarke is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
