Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Stewart!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab from Huff.

Stewart fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Huff to the ground. Stewart is now in Huff's guard.

Stewart wants to control from the top but Huff keeps moving.
Stewart sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Huff's guard.
Huff slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Huff scrambles and gets back to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Huff.
Huff fails to land the takedown.
Huff misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Huff shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stewart's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Huff might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Stewart wants to get back to his feet but Huff is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Stewart wants to sweep but no luck.

Stewart is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Huff has his hands clasped together but Stewart extends and breaks Huff's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Stewart.
