Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee's entrance music is Eminem feat. Nate Dogg - Till I Collapse. A fine choice. This should be a great matchup!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ken Williams!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Ben Watson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Williams lets loose with a powerful body kick. Lee will feel that in the morning.
Lee moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off.
Williams tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee is looking to clinch but Williams is avoiding it.
Lee tries to clinch but Williams moves out of range.
Williams lands a head kick. Lee smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Williams lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Williams fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lee on the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Williams has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Lee stops a takedown attempt from Williams.
Williams jumps guard but Lee turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Williams throws a leg kick which misses Lee's front leg but catches the back leg as Lee tries to avoid it.

Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Williams tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Williams throws a right and a left that Lee avoids nicely.

and Williams counters with a shoot takedown. Lee fights it but they end up in guard.
Williams wants to stand but Lee is controlling his posture from full guard.

Williams is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Lee is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Williams swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Williams tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee shoots in looking for a takedown but Williams manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Williams! But no joy.

Williams scores with a head kick. Lee tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Lee tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Williams manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
As Lee backs off Williams throws a huge counter combo but Lee manages to avoid it all.

Jason Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Williams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Williams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Lee keeps Williams under control for a moment.
Williams tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Williams decides to take the fight back to the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ken Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Lee's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Williams misses with a head kick.
Williams lands with a kick to the temple. Lee shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Williams swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Lee moves to clinch but Williams breaks away
and Williams counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Lee doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Williams connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Williams bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lee's head.

and Williams counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Williams throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
Lee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Williams's waist but Williams gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lee off to one side.

and Williams counters with a three punch combo that has Lee backing up. Lee nods at Williams to acknowledge the strikes.
Oh Lee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lee has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Williams.
Lee seems to have got his legs back now.
Williams misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee wants to clinch
and Williams counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Williams throws a head kick but Lee moves out of range.
Jason Lee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ken Williams is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

and Williams counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Williams.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Williams wanted to stand there but Lee had control of the position.
Williams wants to stand and escape but instead Lee has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

and Williams counters with a left to the body.

Williams tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A jab lands there for Lee.
No luck for Lee with that takedown attempt.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ken Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Williams winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
