Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Osrick Dirksz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Sung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dirksz comes to the cage accompanied by A.06. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Osrick Dirksz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sam Sung!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sung bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Sung wants to control but Dirksz is keeping him busy.

Sung is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Dirksz has escaped the position, nice work there.
Dirksz is looking to reverse the position.
Sung cracks Dirksz with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Dirksz gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Sung wants to free his trapped foot but Dirksz is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sung connects with a nice short shot to Dirksz's temple.

We've been hearing good reports from Dirksz's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well Sung has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
