PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeet Kune Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kune Do lands a slapping body shot.
Black moves out of range of the body kick.
Kune Do misses with a low kick.
Kune Do tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kune Do takes a swing at Black's ribcage but misses.
Kune Do misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kune Do really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kune Do bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Black takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Kune Do has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Black can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kune Do is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Black is just riding it out for now. Kune Do eventually gives up the hold.

That's time! Kune Do's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

No joy there for Kune Do, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jeet Kune Do seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kune Do.
Kune Do scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A combination from Kune Do does no damage.
Kune Do throws a right and a left that Black avoids nicely.

Black shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Kune Do has hold of Black's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Black manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Kune Do passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Black!
Black is looking to improve his position but Kune Do isn't that keen on the idea.

Kune Do moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Black has worked his arm free - good work by Black!

Kune Do has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Black. Oh but Kune Do has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Black goes limp - he's gone! Kune Do jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
