Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dudley Mcmillan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yanci Quesadilla!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quesadilla shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mcmillan but Mcmillan pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Quesadilla clinches with his opponent.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Mcmillan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Quesadilla jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mcmillan walks away with a smile on his face. Quesadilla gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Quesadilla shoots in for a takedown but Mcmillan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Dudley Mcmillan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yanci Quesadilla.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcmillan dodges the punch combination from Quesadilla.
Mcmillan feinted with a counter takedown.
Mcmillan thuds his right hand into Quesadilla's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.


It looks like Yanci Quesadilla has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.

and Mcmillan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Quesadilla goes for a double leg but Mcmillan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mcmillan continues to drive forward.

Quesadilla forces Mcmillan back against the cage and clinches.

Mcmillan pulls guard.
Quesadilla being controlled here momentarily.

Mcmillan lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.


That's two minutes gone in the round.
Quesadilla tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Mcmillan is stalling in the full guard.
Mcmillan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Quesadilla works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Quesadilla has momentary wrist control but Mcmillan slips an elbow through the middle.
Quesadilla trying to keep a closed guard but Mcmillan is proving a slippery customer.
Quesadilla looks winded!
Mcmillan lands a couple of elbows.
Mcmillan makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mcmillan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Quesadilla, up you get!
Mcmillan tries a head kick but it misses.
A punch combination from Quesadilla misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Quesadilla fails with a takedown attempt.
Mcmillan lands with a slapping head kick.
Mcmillan lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mcmillan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mcmillan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mcmillan connects with the punch.
Quesadilla blocks a head kick by Mcmillan.
Quesadilla drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mcmillan defends it well.
Mcmillan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Quesadilla but Quesadilla pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mcmillan misses with a head kick.

Quesadilla has Mcmillan up against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Quesadilla is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mcmillan is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Quesadilla to the mat. Quesadilla regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mcmillan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dudley Mcmillan dominated that round.

Quesadilla shoots in looking for a takedown but Mcmillan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Quesadilla's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Quesadilla just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromMcmillan.
Mcmillan slips a jab from Quesadilla.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Quesadilla.
Dudley Mcmillan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Mcmillan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mcmillan is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Quesadilla is trying to escape and Mcmillan transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Quesadilla is forced to tap! Nice work there by Mcmillan! Very nice indeed!
