Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Run Fedder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stop War (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedder comes into the arena with "Austrian Death Machine- Get To The Choppa" blaring out of the sound system. Stop War has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Run Fedder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stop War!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
War shoots in but no luck this time.
Fedder stuffs the takedown attempt from War. War gets slowly back to his feet.
War shoots in for a takedown but Fedder shows good takedown defense.
Fedder tries to counter by moving into the clinch but War manages to circle out of the way.
Run Fedder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stop War.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fedder wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

War is pushing down on Fedder's leg trying to pass to half guard. Fedder is fighting to maintain full guard but War has managed to sneak the leg through.

Fedder looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

War looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Fedder is in all sorts of trouble here.
War is trying to take his opponent's back.
Fedder keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fedder is controlling an arm, preventing War from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Fedder tries to reverse the position but War maintains control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now War is on top in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Run Fedder will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fedder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Fedder gets control of War's arms and successfully pulls guard. Fedder will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as War accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

War wants to stand but Fedder is controlling the position.

Fedder is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Fedder distracts War with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Fedder is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

War looking to break Fedder's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Fedder remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise War will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Fedder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in War's guard.

Fedder thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

I would just about give that final round to Stop War.
I think Fedder has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
