The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcmahon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It seemed like Leonardo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Mcmahon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Leonardo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Danny Mcmahon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leonardo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Leonardo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mcmahon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A jab lands there for Leonardo.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcmahon shoots and misses
and Leonardo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Leonardo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Leonardo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Leonardo swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcmahon.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice uppercut lands for Leonardo. That snapped Mcmahon's head back.
Mcmahon is rocked!
It looks like Danny Mcmahon has been cut.
Mcmahon drops his hands momentarily. Leonardo doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Mcmahon staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Mcmahon doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
