Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ian Behring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Warren Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ian Behring! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Warren Parker! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker stuffs the takedown attempt from Behring. Behring gets slowly back to his feet. Ian Behring seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A cross from Parker lands. Behring on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Parker stuffs the takedown. Parker misses with a body shot.
Behring has been working on his balance at Sentinel Sparring , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Parker. Behring fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Parker was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ian Behring. That's going to take a lot out of him. Parker lands a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Behring loads up on a big right hand but Parker slips the punch. Behring throws a leg kick but Parker sees it coming and moves out of range. Behring shoots for a double leg takedown but Parker sprawls well. He's pushed Behring's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Parker scores with a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice shot by Parker. Behring dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Behring's head and hops out. Behring uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Parker.
A jab from Behring misses. Behring tries for a takedown but Parker circles away easily and Parker counters with a stiff right hand. Behring drops his hands momentarily and Parker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Behring throws a sloppy body shot
and Parker connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Parker bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The crowd cheers as Parker lands an impressive looking overhand right. Behring doesn't seem phased though. Parker dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Behring shoots in looking for a takedown. Parker tries to sprawl out of it but Behring keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Parker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Parker looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Behring fails with a takedown attempt. Parker tries a quick counter leg kick but Behring is wise to it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Parker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Behring.
Behring takes a shot right to the bread basket. Behring shoots for a double leg takedown but Parker sprawls well. He's pushed Behring's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Parker now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Behring tries to move into range but Parker moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Behring tries for a takedown but Parker circles away easily and Parker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Parker is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Behring had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Parker lands a slapping body shot.
Behring has a takedown stuffed. Behring fails to land the takedown. A countering left hand to the body from Parker misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Behring dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Behring's head and hops out. Behring on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Behring with a lazy takedown attempt and Parker makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Parker slaps away a takedown attempt from Behring, before circling back to the center of the mat. Parker swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Behring moves away. Behring swings widly with a right hand
and Parker counters with a right hand to the body. Behring on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Parker cracks Behring with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Parker digs a good hook to Behring's body.
Behring shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Parker throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Parker holds on and takes a little breather. Parker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Behring defends well. Behring trying to control but Parker is working from the bottom. Parker seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Behring is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Parker is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Parker has escaped and now he's on top! Parker controls from within his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Warren Parker dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Behring doesn't succeed with the takedown and Parker counters with a straight right hand. Parker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Parker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Behring looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Parker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Behring was well out of range. Poor timing from Parker. Behring half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. No luck with that takedown attempt from Behring. A nice side step and Parker releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ian Behring. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parker scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Behring changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parker tries to avoid it but Behring manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parker to the ground. Parker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Behring.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Behring with a lazy takedown attempt and Parker counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Parker throws a leg kick but Behring sees it coming and checks it nicely. Parker is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Behring rather than just go for the knockout. Behring with a poor takedown and Parker counters with a straight right hand. Behring shoots in but Parker avoids the takedown attempt easily. Behring throws out a loose jab but Parker uses good head movement to avoid it. Behring closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Behring is looking to stall here but Parker recovers full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Parker manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Behring manages to get himself to full guard.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Parker works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Parker seems to be working for a kimura but Behring defends the submission attempt. Warren Parker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Parker pulls Behring in close to his closed guard and prevents Behring from doing any damage or advancing position. Behring wants to pass the guard but Parker is keeping the position. Behring pushes down on Parker's leg and manages to get into half guard. Behring is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Behring is working for a submission of some sort.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Parker is doing well to control the position and prevent Behring from advancing to side control. Behring is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Parker is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Behring's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Behring's back! Behring is keeping busy.

Warren Parker has got the better of the ground game so far. Parker is not going to allow Behring to sit and survive in this position. Behring defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Parker's arms. Behring is keeping busy.
Parker is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Behring has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Warren Parker is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Behring is really stuck here.

And that's the end of the fight! Warren Parker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Parker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
