Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Hoffmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen 2pac - All Eyez On Me as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson blocks a low kick nicely.
Donk. Jackson catches Hoffmann right on the button with a cross.
Jackson just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hoffmann.
Hoffmann slips a straight right by Jackson.

Hoffmann closes the distance and clinches.
Jackson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Hoffmann backwards.

Hoffmann pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hoffmann misses the shot to the body.
Jackson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jackson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Hoffmann misses the body punch
and Jackson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hoffmann takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hoffmann throws a shot from downtown. Jackson moves away and avoids it.

Hoffmann clinches.
Hoffmann is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Jackson gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Hoffmann misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Jackson successfully pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Hoffmann is looking to stand back up but Jackson counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Hoffmann.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hoffmann's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hoffmann duly obliges.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Jackson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jackson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Hoffmann takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hoffmann on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jackson thuds his right hand into Hoffmann's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Oh Hoffmann is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jackson cracks Hoffmann with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hoffmann tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jackson was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoffmann.
The crowd cheers as Jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hoffmann doesn't seem phased though.

Jackson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jackson, as that shot connected.

Hoffmann is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Jackson's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Jackson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hoffmann sprawling to the canvas! Hoffmann rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jackson finish him?!
Julius Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoffmann is looking to clinch.
Jackson works Hoffmann's body with a nice hook.
Hoffmann looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

It looks like Aaron Hoffmann has been cut.

Jackson cracks Hoffmann with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hoffmann looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jackson finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jackson lands with a shot to the body.
Hoffmann is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hoffmann just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hoffmann.

Jackson sends Hoffmann crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jackson is motioning to the referee to let Hoffmann up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Jackson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hoffmann drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Jackson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hoffmann's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Julius Jackson!
After the fight, Julius Jackson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
