Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Stampfer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinton Jackson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Paul Stampfer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quinton Jackson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stampfer on the side of the head. Stampfer slips under a jab. A looping hook to the body misses from Jackson. Stampfer does a little dance to reset his feet. Stampfer tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Jackson manages to circle out of the way. Stampfer cracks Jackson with a right hand to the side of the head. Jackson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Stampfer takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jackson swings for the body but Stampfer moves out of range.
Jackson tries to move into range but Stampfer moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Stampfer tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A nice combination there by Jackson.
A combination from Jackson does no damage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Stampfer. Donk. Stampfer catches Jackson right on the button with a cross. Stampfer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Jackson throws a lazy right hand but Stampfer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Stampfer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
No joy there for Jackson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
As Jackson tries to get set, Stampfer tries to push him back and clinch up but Jackson manages to avoid the attempt. Jackson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jackson throws a combination that misses and Stampfer counters with a huge left! Jackson is in big trouble! He's backing up but Stampfer isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Jackson from any more damage. A dominating finish by Stampfer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Stampfer! Paul Stampfer gave a mention to GREEN!160 in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
