The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Grande ducks under a wild hook from Yi.
La Grande feinted with a counter takedown.
La Grande feints and as Yi raises his hands in defense, La Grande changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Yi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
La Grande loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

La Grande is looking to work some ground and pound but Yi has wrist control.
La Grande has gone for a leg lock! Yi slips out almost immediately though and dives into La Grande's guard.
La Grande has his foot on Yi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Yi works his way back into a safe position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Yi has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing La Grande to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Yi is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - La Grande pulls down on the head and he's put Yi to sleep! This one is all over!
