Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Fields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Svarog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Luke Svarog!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svarog shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fields sprawls well. Fields wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Svarog gets slowly back to his feet.
Fields throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Svarog drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Fields defends it well.
Svarog tries to clinch there but Fields circles away.
Fields seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Fields slaps away a takedown attempt from Svarog, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fields drops back looking for a leg! Svarog is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Svarog manages to kick Fields off! Fields jumps back into Svarog's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Svarog is on top in guard.

Fields is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Svarog is aware though and is defending well.

Svarog really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fields. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fields is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Svarog is trying to keep Fields in close.

Fields feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Svarog is trying to escape back to his feet but Fields uses the scramble to pass into side control.
