Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Canyonero The Truck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dizzy McNahthins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Truck comes into the arena with Canyonero blaring out of the sound system. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Canyonero The Truck! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dizzy McNahthins! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNahthins gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows The Truck to score an easy takedown into full guard. The Truck's corner is telling him to maintain position. The Truck is pushing down on McNahthins's leg trying to pass to half guard. McNahthins is fighting to maintain full guard but The Truck has managed to sneak the leg through. The Truck passes to full mount! The Truck connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

The Truck sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McNahthins takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McNahthins takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. That's four minutes gone in the round. The Truck lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The Truck fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The Truck lands a couple of good shots and McNahthins has given up his back, trying to escape the position! The Truck has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for McNahthins. The Truck is working the ground and pound. Can McNahthins escape? The Truck is looking to finish with some ground and pound! McNahthins is taking damage to the body and head. The Truck lands a shot to the head. We've been informed that McNahthins has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. The Truck has good solid back control here. The Truck throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting McNahthins!

The Truck shoots in for a double leg but McNahthins sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. The Truck throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McNahthins's waist but McNahthins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing The Truck off to one side. McNahthins swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. The Truck doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Nice sprawl there from McNahthins as The Truck shoots in. McNahthins let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Canyonero The Truck. That's going to take a lot out of him. McNahthins misses with a right hand and The Truck counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for McNahthins! McNahthins is trying to get back to half guard. McNahthins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Truck. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. You can see the frustration on McNahthins's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The Truck looks up at the clock and then as McNahthins takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, The Truck smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

McNahthins's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. The Truck connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
